About

Name
: Kassandra.

Marital Status: Single. Very.

Zodiac Sign(s): Scorpio, Fire Horse

Location: El estado de Coahuila, desculpe- Tejas.

Interests: Political/Environmental activism, bibliophiliac, cinephile, Buddhism, Taoism, Doctor Who (2005-), Seattle, Austin, Asian cultures, languages & philosophies, nice intelligent guys, zen rock gardens, lying on the ground watching clouds roll by, thunderstorms, exploring abandoned buildings, photography, writing, Chinese astrology, science, history, footie, computers, geekiness. I’m very much into connecting with others, learning who they are, what they’re all about. What drives me most is becoming the change I want to see in the world, and the desire to leave it a better place when it’s time for me to go.

A door to my past opened recently, when I encountered a man I knew from third through seventh form. There was such an electricity. I expect it was to do with the fact that deep down, I’d never forgotten him. You may deduce the rest on your own. For the first time in almost twenty years, I spent Christmas Eve with someone…a man. Unfortunately, my mind in a bit of a timewarp, I didn’t notice certain things, and now I’m a little sad and wiser. Bit more sad than I’d care to admit, but it shall pass. Because of him, and my residual feelings, I’ve undertaken the study of manic depression, or as it’s more commonly known, bipolar disorder. Even with the tarnishing of my golden memories, I very much wish to understand my friends mind, that I may help him and others should our paths cross.
